The attached PDF pages are necessary for our Cuba trip. Note that we are, legally, bypassing the U.S. Treasury Dept. requirements by signing an affidavit testifying that we are going to Cuba as scholars and researchers to attend a meeting that is NOT held in the U.S. (I have done this before without problems.)
