1 July 2008 - Submited names and specifics of team members to Marcelo
1 Sept 2008 - Team submits paperwork and request for licence to travel to Cuba to U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC):

NB: This calendar is quite tentative. Travel arrangements from Miami to Camagüey -- and especially between Havana and Camagüey -- are constantly evolving.

We should, however, be able to nail them down by early December.
